The Coop

‘The Coop’ 2026 (first piece in the series of key art illustrations for Red Rooster) + character concept art.

Inspired by the surreal nature of M.C. Eschers ‘Relativity’, and the bygone malls of the mid-late 20th century, The Coop is a surreal space that exists within the protagonist Redrick Roost.
There was so much fun and personal growth to lead the creative vision, from the earliest concept designs, to the final key art. Bringing the world of Red Rooster to life was a truly rewarding experience. This piece was especially ambitious and I really enjoyed painting the various small details within the scenery.

This past year I had the honor to work alongside so many highly skilled creatives of the incredible Summer Eternal collective.
The debut anthology is a framework which details an innovative approach of our studio in the game industry landscape, and a deep dive into the intricacies of our upcoming RPG project ‘Red Rooster’.
